I started my freelance consultancy in 2006 and from those early days, set about deciding why I do what I do and how I wanted to approach supporting individuals and organisations.

The values I set out then, remain a constant and have served me well when making decisions and building lasting working relationships. Some of the driving words have changed, but are still there for clarity and cross-referencing:
